Meet The Team
Before founding Engel Tech, Sid spent a decade working at managed service providers across the industry, supporting businesses ranging from 5-person startups to 500-seat organizations. That experience covers the full spectrum of what small and mid-sized businesses actually face: chaotic onboardings, ransomware calls at 2am, the migration that was supposed to take a weekend and took three weeks, and everything in between.
Engel Tech exists because Sid saw a consistent gap in that work: small businesses were either underserved by providers too focused on enterprise clients, or overcharged by ones who made simplicity sound complicated. Engel Tech is built to close that gap; personal service, retainer-based pricing, and an IT partner who actually picks up the phone.
