Step 1 – You Introduce Us

It doesn’t need to be formal. A quick email, a text, a “here’s who to call” when a tenant mentions they’re dealing with an IT headache — whatever’s easiest for you. No paperwork on your end, no forms to fill out before you can refer someone. Just pass along our name and contact info, or loop us in directly if that’s simpler.

Step 2 – Handoff

Once we’re connected with the tenant, it’s ours to run. We’ll have an honest conversation about what they actually need — no pressure tactics, no upsell script, no trying to sell them more than makes sense for a business their size. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell them that too. Either way, you’re out of the loop going forward

Step 3 – Contract

If the conversation turns into a client, you start getting paid for it — a share of ongoing revenue, paid monthly, for the first year of that tenant’s agreement. No invoicing on your end, no chasing us for it. It’s tied to our own billing cycle, so it shows up like clockwork for as long as that tenant stays on.
